This Privacy Policy describes how Prodara, Inc. (“Prodara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our AI product intelligence platform at prodara.ai (the “Service”). We are committed to being transparent about our data practices and giving you control over your information.
Information We Collect
Account Information
We use Clerk for authentication. When you sign up, we collect:
- Email address and full name
- Profile avatar
- Authentication data managed by Clerk (see Clerk's Privacy Policy)
Workspace & Usage Data
- Workspace name, team member information, roles, and permissions
- Module usage and feature interactions
- AI agent conversations
- Audit logs of workspace actions
Customer Data You Upload
The Service allows you to import and analyze data about your own customers. This may include:
- Interview transcripts and audio files
- Support tickets (imported or via integrations)
- Analytics snapshots
- Customer feedback signals, including names, emails, and company information from your customers
- Competitor monitoring data
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. We only retain your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.
Our plans include Free, Pro ($29/mo), Growth ($79/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing).
Automatically Collected Information
- Page views and feature usage via PostHog (identified users only, no anonymous tracking)
- Error reports and session replays via Sentry (sampled at 1% of sessions)
- Standard server logs via Vercel
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Prodara platform
- AI processing via Anthropic's Claude API — including interview synthesis, ticket analysis, competitor analysis, and roadmap generation
- Audio transcription via OpenAI's Whisper API
- Send transactional emails via Resend (welcome messages, billing notifications, workspace invitations)
- Product analytics and improvement (PostHog)
- Error monitoring and debugging (Sentry)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions (Stripe)
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each processes data only as needed for its stated purpose:

Data Integrations
Prodara supports connections to 25+ third-party platforms — including Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Mixpanel, and others — so you can centralize your product intelligence.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
- Data synced may include support tickets, call recordings, survey responses, analytics data, and reviews
- You control which integrations to connect and disconnect at any time from your workspace settings
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- AES-256-GCM encryption for stored credentials and tokens
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Security headers including HSTS, Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, and more
- Role-based access controls within workspaces
- Audit logging of all workspace actions
Data Retention
- Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and the Service is in use
- Deleting a workspace cascades the deletion to all associated data, including interviews, tickets, integrations, and analytics
- You can delete individual data items (interviews, tickets, etc.) at any time through the application
Cookies
We use a limited set of cookies:
- Authentication cookies managed by Clerk to keep you signed in
- OAuth state cookies (temporary) used during integration connection flows
- Analytics cookies from PostHog for product usage tracking
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data or your entire account
- Export your data
- Disconnect any third-party integrations

Children's Privacy
Prodara is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email or through an in-app notification. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
